Shelby R. Clayton Patterson is the owner and managing attorney of our law office. She brings years of expertise in several areas, including real estate transactions and litigation, family law, and successions/estate planning.

From sales and leases to evictions and contractual breaches, Shelby understands the complex real estate workings and has had many successful litigation outcomes for her clients.

Naturally, estate planning and successions go hand in hand with the real estate world. Shelby has helped many families navigate this process by preparing wills and trusts prior to death, and filing successions to gain legal possession of property after the loss of a loved one.

 

As a mother of 2 children, and growing up as the oldest of 8 kids, Shelby has a passion for children. It is her belief that every child deserves a safe and loving environment. Shelby has a long history of advocating for children, and has worked with numerous families regarding child custody, adoption, and emergency custody. Shelby willingly tackles cases in pursuit of the best interest of children and families.
